Heller-Hurwicz Economics Institute (HHEI), affiliated with the University of Minnesota Department of Economics, wanted to connect their world-class economic research with a broader audience beyond economists. HHEI recognized the potential of podcasting as a means to engage with a diverse audience interested in their research initiatives.

We worked with HHEI to launch the podcast series, Heller-Hurwicz Office Hours, aimed at sharing the institute's groundbreaking research with a wider audience. We created 13 episodes for the first season, featuring insightful interviews and discussions led by Chris Farrell of American Public Media. By providing end-to-end podcast production services, including recording, editing, and mixing, Lift Podcasting ensured the delivery of professional-grade episodes. We recorded the interviews on campus to make it easy for the busy professors to attend. The podcast amplified HHEI's research initiatives, connecting with a broader audience and achieved the institute's goal of promoting their work through accessible content. Season 2 is currently in production.
