A Force for Change

Praxis is a nonprofit dedicated to eliminating violence against women and their children. Since 1997, Praxis has been at the forefront of the gender-based violence movement, striving to address oppression experienced by women. Their mission encompasses analyzing and challenging institutional practices contributing to violence against women, while providing a supportive and empowering environment for social activists sharing this goal.

Praxis wanted to create a podcast series highlighting the history of the gender-based violence movement by featuring four influential women who played pivotal roles in advancing the movement, intending to provide insight into its evolution and inspire current activists.

We worked with Praxis to develop a production plan tailored to their needs. The hosts and guests on the podcast are located throughout the U.S., so we facilitated online recording sessions with technical assistance provided to ensure optimal audio quality. We provided personalized support for each guest to be sure they were comfortable setting up their equipment. The result was a compelling four-part podcast series called A Force for Change featuring the impactful stories of these remarkable women.
